Rwandan genocide remembered

A commemorative event took place at the Embassy of Rwanda in Beijing on Tuesday marking the 21st Commemoration of the Genocide against the Tutsi. Rwandan ambassador Charles Kayonga remembered lives that were lost and mentioned Vision 2020, which aims to transform the country into a knowledge-based middle-income country, reducing poverty and health problems and making the nation united and democratic.
