Thirty exhibitors came to take place in the Czech Slovak Chinese Food Festival in Beijing on Oct 11. The event was organized by the Embassy of the Czech Republic, the Embassy of the Slovak Republic and China Cuisine Association.
Visitors could have a taste of not only national dishes but also local snacks from these three countries. To cater to tastes more familiar to the Chinese customers, some exhibitors even offered extra options to localize the food.
The food festival played an important role in introducing famous Czech and Slovak brands to China. Organizers also said it was a good opportunity for industry entrepreneurs to discuss future cooperation.
The event attracted not only food exhibitors from the three countries, but successful companies from other industries, as well.
