Rebuilding EU confidence

The six-month EU presidency offers Lithuania a unique chance to see the whole Europe from the EU perspective, Rolandas Krisciunas, Vice minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania told China Daily reporter during an exclusive interview.
"For Lithuania, it’s important to send out the signal that EU is capable of tackling the economic crisis," he added.
When comes to specific issues to deal with, Rolandas said taking care of the youth unemployment issue in South Europe is one of the priorities.
